Cancellation Policy for Makers Mate India
Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact us by email at makersmateindia@gmail.com or by phone at +91-9896354572 (more preferable). Be sure to include your order number in your cancellation request.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot cancel it. However, you can still return the order according to our Return Policy (link to policy here).
Refunds
- We will refund your order amount within 2-8 business days from the day we collect the returned package. The processing time depends on your mode of payment.
- Refunds will only be issued for prepaid orders.
Cancellation Criteria
We may cancel your order under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or incomplete information regarding the order address (street number, landmark, etc.)
- Incorrect product specification listed on transfer.makersmate.in
- If the delivery address falls under a “non-serviceable zone” or “out of delivery area” as designated by our logistics partner.
- In case of suspected fraudulent information used to place the order.
- In exceptional cases, if a product becomes “out of stock” with the supplier, your order for that product will be cancelled.
Return Policy for Makers Mate India
Return Eligibility

- Information Required: In your email or phone call, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant pictures (for damaged products).
- Return Method: We will arrange for a courier to pick up the return item from your location within 2-3 business days (availability permitting). In some cases, you may need to return the item to us at the address on the original packaging via India Post. We will reimburse you for return shipping costs if the return is due to our error.
- Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct a quality check within 2 business days.
- Refunds or Replacements: If the return or replacement is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 2-8 business days, or ship out a replacement item to you.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- You are responsible for ensuring the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- The returned item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags, manuals, warranty cards, original accessories, and manufacturer’s packaging intact.

- Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets: 2-4 business days
- NEFT or Cheque: We will initiate the refund within 2 business days of receiving your bank details. The funds will typically reflect in your account within an additional 2-4 business days.
How to Provide Your Bank Details (for NEFT or Cheque refunds):
- If you paid for your order via NEFT or Cheque, please send your bank details to our email address [Your Email Address] from the email address associated with your Makers Mate India account.
- Include the following information:

- Account Holder’s Name (matching your Makers Mate India account name)

Refunds for Cancellations
- If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a full refund within 2-8 business days, depending on your original payment method (see details above).

Refunds for EMI Payments
- If you paid for your order using EMI, your refund will be credited back to your EMI account within 6-8 business days of cancellation.
